

Andrew Caborn
Andrew Caborn is an accomplished trial attorney licensed in Texas and California with more than 18 years of courtroom experience in criminal and immigration law.
Throughout his career, he has served as a prosecutor, federal trial attorney, and United States Immigration Judge, giving him a unique understanding of how cases are investigated, prosecuted, and decided. Before joining Turnbull Legal Group, Andrew served for nearly seven years as a United States Immigration Judge with the Executive Office for Immigration Review, where he presided over thousands of hearings involving complex legal and factual issues and authored detailed written decisions subject to appellate review.
Prior to taking the bench, he served as Assistant Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security, representing the federal government in immigration court and advising multiple federal law enforcement agencies. Andrew began his career as a Senior Deputy District Attorney in California, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases ranging from violent crimes and homicides to elder abuse and domestic violence. He has extensive first-chair courtroom experience and has spent his career litigating high-stakes matters requiring thorough preparation, sound judgment, and persuasive advocacy.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, a Master of Finance from Pennsylvania State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
