DWI Charge Dismissed

Case Description

Our Client was involved in a traffic accident, after he was depressed from a breakup with his wife. This charge was out of character for him, as he did not even reside in Texas, and was working his way up to a management position at his job. Compiling character letters and a mitigation letter, our team was able to get him deferred adjudication, which allowed him to return to his job and his life and eventually get the charge dismissed.
