Alexis Walker

Alexis Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana. She previously interned with the Neighborhood Defender Service (NDS), where she supported attorneys working on community-centered defense initiatives and gained meaningful exposure to client interaction, case preparation, and the multidisciplinary demands of public-interest legal work. With a strong academic foundation and a growing commitment to the legal field, Alexis is preparing to apply to law school. She brings a focused, analytical perspective and a deep interest in the intersection of science, advocacy, and the law.
